We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to join our team as an Associate Consultant.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, configuring, and delivering innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master the ServiceNow platform through structured training, certifications, and hands-on coaching.
  • Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript code for both server-side and client-side scripting.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Support system integrations with other applications using REST or SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in client workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and provide timely support for configurations and customizations.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for front-end development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Skills Preferred:
  • Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes.
  • Familiarity with web services and API integrations.
