About the Role
We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via phone and email, preparing and processing quotations and orders promptly, ensuring accurate entry of Sales and Purchase Orders in the system, coordinating with suppliers, warehouse, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries, managing export documentation as needed, and issuing invoices for completed orders.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, and export shipping.
- A Diploma in Business or related field is required, and NITEC certification is an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
