**Youth Development Manager Role**This position is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people.   • Curate, coordinate, implement, and review youth development programs and volunteering initiatives in collaboration with strategic partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, deploy, and manage youth volunteers effectively across various programs.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops to equip youth volunteers with essential knowledge, skills, and values.
  • Monitor and support the progress and development of youth volunteers, providing guidance and opportunities for personal and leadership growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Community Development, or related fields.
  • Work experience in the community or social service sector.
  • Familiarity with volunteer management and youth engagement practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable using virtual engagement tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and basic Canva knowledge.
