Job Title: Field Support Specialist

  • Execute technical support to commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and/or systems assigned.

  • Develop relevant technical guidelines and procedures.

  • Serve as the technical liaison between suppliers and team members if assigned.

  • Provide technical assistance to sales staff (if any).

  • May be assigned to secure or maintain contracted service agreements in the area of provision of preventive and corrective maintenance with customers.

  • Interface with stakeholders to facilitate service requests fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Minimally a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic.

  • At least 2 years hands-on working experience in field service support or equivalent technical experience. Those with lesser experience can work as Assistant Engineer to start with.

  • Good technical and analytical problem-solving skills in equipment and systems.

  • Independent, self-sufficient and customer-oriented individual.

  • Requires commuting within Singapore from site to site to execute duties.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Basic knowledge in IT networking or electrical engineering.
