Field Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch support and maintenance services to our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily on-site and off-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They will also provide on-site support for various systems, networks, and desktops to ensure that the service meets the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. You should also have strong customer-oriented attitude and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily on-site and off-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Provide on-site support for various systems, networks, and desktops.
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance or troubleshoot systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or a relevant field.
- Experience in desktop support and working knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking.
- Customer support experience is highly advantageous.
