Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist the Contract Manager in maintaining a secure filing system for contracts, agreements, and other critical documents.
- Update and manage building material schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Prepare, review, and track contract-related documentation, including amendments, renewals, and compliance records.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, report generation, and document formatting.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Contract Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Contract Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal English skills for professional correspondence and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong data management abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
