
Contract Document Coordinator

The Contract Document Coordinator will be responsible for the management of contract documents, drawings, and client instructions in accordance with document control processes. This involves verifying the accuracy of drawings and preparing the Bill of Quantities (BQ), assisting with the calling for quotations process, updating budget records, and distributing updated documents.
The role also entails the tracking of document lists, attendance at variation meetings with project managers, interaction with main contractors, consultants, and owners, as well as support with administrative tasks for project managers.
Additionally, the Contract Document Coordinator will be accountable for the preparation of monthly reports, conducting site verifications of variations, and recording claims. They will also evaluate and certify completed work, verify subcontractor claims, and monitor the progress of claims submission and payment.
Furthermore, they will assist project managers in preparing quotations and monitoring orders in execution and reporting on balance amounts.
Requirements include a diploma/advanced/higher/graduate diploma in quantity surveying or mechanical/electrical engineering, knowledge and experience in M&E systems, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
