Job Title: Senior Executive, Talent Management

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive, Talent Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's talent strategy forward. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the identification, development, and retention of high-potential employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Review & Development:
    • Support the organization's talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning to identify high-potential employees
    • Ensure proper follow-through on talent review actions, focusing on key positions and succession plans
  • Succession Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the continuity of our organization's leadership pipeline
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify and develop key talent
  • Pipeline Programs:
    • Design and manage talent pipeline programs such as sponsorships and management associate programmes
    • Analyze data to inform program development and optimize results
  • Competency Frameworks:
    • Develop functional competency frameworks that align with business needs
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and define key competencies
  • Development Programs:
    • Design and oversee development programs such as mentorships and leadership training
    • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • HR Policies:
    • Create and implement policies that improve talent attraction, development, and retention
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless policy implementation
  • Data & Analytics:
    • Analyze talent data to guide decision-making for management
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and trends
  • Facilitation Skills:
    • Design, implement, and manage internal programs that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture
    • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent management
  • Strong understanding of talent assessment tools and development strategies
  • Comfortable working with data and preparing presentations for senior management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in facilitating programs/meetings
