Cadmus Resources seeks a seasoned Training and Development Executive to drive employee growth and skill development.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or the chemical process technology industry, including training and development, as well as some supervisory experience. At least 3 years of T&D experience or HR experience in handling T&D or organization development in a manufacturing plant for various employee levels is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage training programs, identify needs, and ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to perform effectively.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify and address competency gaps, and develop training and development interventions.
  • Implement targeted training programs to enhance work culture, technical skills, and operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for employees to keep up with industry trends and career growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or degree holder in a relevant field such as engineering, human resources, or business administration.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess training requirements and evaluate program effectiveness.
