Job Title: Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our organisation as Assistant Director of Corporate Services.

The role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our corporate support functions effectively enable the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the Corporate Services team, including Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Operations.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters to ensure alignment with organisational policies, standards, and strategic directions.
  • Drive digitisation and transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of corporate functions to support our mission.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, ensuring staff well-being and strong cross-functional teamwork.
  • Apply strong analytical and communication skills to support decision-making, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrate excellent people management and negotiation capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in Human Resources and/or Finance.
  • Track record of successfully leading digitisation and transformation projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships across teams.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to staff development and organisational excellence.
