
Contact Centre Representative

As a Call Centre Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers.
- Support clients by handling their calls.
- Calls are recorded and information is entered into the system.
- Calls originate from our telephony system using Avaya soft phones.
- You must understand both internal and external customer needs and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear explanations to customers and take corrective action when necessary.
- Alert your superior to recurring service failures so that preventive measures can be taken to avoid future problems.
- Perform ad-hoc duties related to contact centre projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 'O' level, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline. Prior office administration experience is preferred.
Work Schedule
Working hours vary by location:
Location 1: Greenwich (Mon-Sun, Any 5 days per week): 8.00am - 5.30pm, 8.30am - 6.00pm or 2.30pm - 12.00am
Location 2: UBI (Monday to Friday): 8.30am - 6.00pm; Alternate Saturday: 8.30am - 1.00pm
