Job Title: Contact Centre Representative

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contact Centre Representative. As the first point of contact for parents and students, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth learning environment.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for walk-in and phone enquiries from parents and students.
  • Assist with class scheduling, enrolments, and course-related administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate student records and update databases regularly.
  • Handle payment collection and manage basic finance-related tasks.
  • Support teachers and centre operations to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to parents and students.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.
  • Handling payment collection and financial transactions.
  • Supporting teachers and centre operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of GCE 'N' Levels qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with parents and teachers.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B industries (not required but desirable).
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
