ServiceNow Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our delivery organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

  1. Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
  3. Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business outcomes for our clients by delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that enhance their service management processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with a strong focus on implementations within the financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, data models, and APIs.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Security Incident Response, Customer Service Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio Management, Performance Analytics, GRC, and HR Service Delivery.
