ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the financial sector.

You will lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.

  • Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Security Incident Response, Customer Service Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio Management, Performance Analytics, GRC, and HR Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients in the financial sector.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives and streamline operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with a strong focus on implementations within the financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, data models, and APIs.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Security Incident Response, Customer Service Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio Management, Performance Analytics, GRC, and HR Service Delivery.
