ServiceNow Solutions Architect Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience working with ServiceNow platforms. A ServiceNow certification or willingness to obtain one is required. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes. Analytical skills and a passion for innovation are also essential.

In this role, you will participate in designing and implementing cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that integrate with Gen AI, Agentic AI, and hyperautomation technologies. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules while incorporating AI-powered capabilities, developing AI-enhanced workflows, virtual agents, and predictive systems, and collaborating on end-to-end business transformation projects.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills to bridge technical implementation with business transformation. Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise applications is preferred but not required.
