  • We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet financial industry requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will lead platform design for IT asset management, IT service management, and certificate lifecycle management modules.
  • They must ensure compliance with financial regulations, data governance, and cybersecurity policies.
  • Candidates should have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Responsibilities also include overseeing integration with configuration management database, identity management, and other enterprise systems.
  • A key aspect of the job is providing technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Additionally, they will define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • The successful candidate will stay updated on ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and financial technology trends.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
  • Proven experience working in financial services or banking environments.
  • Strong expertise in IT service management, IT operations management, and certificate lifecycle management.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CIS, CAD are highly valued.
  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration APIs.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
