Job Title: Building Information Modelling Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage architectural BIM models, ensuring accuracy, clash-free design, and compliance with industry standards and level of detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and updating the Architectural BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with project requirements.
  • Coordinate architectural design models with other disciplines to ensure accuracy and compliance with BIM standards.
  • Review and manage data exchange of architectural models to ensure completeness and quality.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions, tracking and driving issue resolution.
  • Support submission of architectural BIM models and drawings to relevant authorities.
  • Maintain communication with design consultants and construction teams to ensure model-site alignment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the BIM Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in architectural BIM coordination or model management.
  • Familiarity with architectural design standards and related codes.
  • Knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD concepts; certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.
