Job Title: 3D Building Information Modeller

Job Description:

A key role exists for a talented and experienced 3D Building Information Modeller to join our team in creating detailed models and drawings.

This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing M&E/Archi/Structural drawings, assisting project teams with plans and designs, and coordinating with consultants and sub-contractors.

  • Prepare accurate and complete M&E/Archi/Structural drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Assist project teams in developing plans and designs, including site conditions and method statements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, project teams, and sub-contractors on drawing issuance and coordination.
  • Develop drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality building information models (BIMs)
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Providing expert guidance on BIM software and techniques
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in construction or architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Fluency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
