**Job Title:** BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategies for assigned projects. They will work closely with the project team to ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information, enabling efficient decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong understanding of BIM processes and tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and coordinate project BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement, ensuring seamless integration across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies for assigned projects, working closely with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Execute BIM implementation according to project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity.
  • Conduct regular model audits and clash detection reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues.
  • Prepare and deliver BIM-related outputs such as federated models, clash reports, asset data, and 3D visualizations.
  • Track and report on BIM progress, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Provide training and technical support to project team members on BIM workflows and software tools.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project management.
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination using federated BIM models.
  • Knowledge of construction and design workflows, as well as applicable standards and codes.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across various disciplines.
