We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our fast-growing team and elevate the web experience for our traders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, with experience in developing high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications. They will also be able to champion the principles of web design, ensuring a seamless and optimized experience across a range of screen sizes and resolutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating product requirements and user flows into user-friendly web interfaces, designing intuitive and innovative gesture-based interactions to enhance usability and create a fluid user experience. They will also stay at the forefront of web UI trends, patterns, and technologies, and be a vocal advocate for their application within our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications that clearly communicate design intent to non-designers.
  • Design and define intuitive and innovative gesture-based interactions to enhance usability and create a fluid user experience.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to iterate on and refine UI elements based on user feedback and performance data.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of UX/UI experience, within trading, financial products, or from a fintech platform.
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend your design decisions.
  • Exceptional visual design skills, with a sharp eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
