Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement products and solutions for the derivatives exchange platform.
- Collaborate with product management to optimize existing models or develop new products, algorithms, and features.
- Participate in code audits, testing, and deployment processes.
- Build systems with automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.
- Identify and resolve issues in backend infrastructure and platforms.
- Analyze and troubleshoot cross-stack problems.
- 5+ years of experience programming in Java.
- Experience at an investment bank, hedge fund, or exchange developing trading applications in equity, FX, or derivatives markets.
- Familiarity with TDD methodology and automated testing.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and desire to improve processes.
- Open to challenges, eager to learn, and adaptable under pressure.
