Expert Trading Platform Architect

Overview: We seek an experienced software architect to lead the development of our trading platform.

Job Description:

The trading service team is the backbone of our industry-leading exchange product. Our core order and position management systems enable a full spectrum of trading products, including manual, automatic, and social trading. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer in the C++ team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the infrastructure and architecture of these critical systems.

We are responsible for building out our trading platform's core infrastructure and architectural components, ensuring ultra-low latency, high availability, and scalability. You will design and implement innovative solutions for various trading products, drive performance optimization, and serve as a technical authority and subject matter expert in C++ performance and core trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design highly resilient and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Drive best practices in monitoring, alerting, incident response, and post-mortem analysis for mission-critical trading infrastructure.
  • Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into efficient technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating high-performance distributed systems in C++ within the financial services domain.
  • Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills, including debugging and performance analysis.
