**Job Description**:

- Server Installation and Configuration: Install and configure new servers for MT4, MT5, and cTrader platforms to ensure their optimal performance.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the continuous operation and proper functioning of the MT4, MT5, and cTrader systems.
- Product Setup: Set up and maintain new and existing financial products within the trading platforms.
- Collaboration with IT: Collaborate with the IT department to configure IB portals, client areas, and back-office systems as needed.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the IT and Risk departments to address operational maintenance and development needs.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot system issues, manage system upgrades, document processes, and provide technical support to users.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance, availability, backup/restore procedures, and continuity of trading platforms, systems, and software.
- Audits and Health Checks: Perform routine audits of trading platform systems and software, as well as periodic health and performance checks for all trading platforms and systems.
- External Collaboration: Collaborate with external associates to resolve issues related to trading platforms, systems, and software.

**Jobs Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position.
- Solid understanding of the Forex market.
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms, particularly MT4, MT5, and cTrader.
- Experience with Windows/Linux scripting languages is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL queries is a plus.
- Familiarity with systems such as Zabbix, Graylog, Kibana, or New Relic is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proactive and efficient with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
