**Job purpose**

To assist brokers or clients together with the Operations teams to ensure the accessibility of Trading Platforms & Trading Venues offered by the company

**General Duties**
- Supervision of the APAC TPS team
- Daily Tade Platform Support tasks and duties
- Set up OMS User, limits to support clients trading
- Address first line to client trading, system functionality queries and issues
- Document all questions client related to trade support analysis
- Communicate with traders & client to pinpoint technical issues
- Handle client contacts as well as escalation course through problem ownership
- Ensure & escalate issues to internal resources when necessary
- Monitor actively and respond to alerts within trading system atmosphere
- Collaborate with various team members to accomplish company goals
- On-boarding, of Trading Clients to various Exchange via Sponsored or FIX protocol & APIs
- Plan and manage TPS related projects which include system assessments & analysis
- Execute TPS guidelines and procedures
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external Trading system users
- To outline and oversee other TPS related ad hoc projects i.e., BCP & venue related upgrade or test
- Provide holiday assistance when necessary

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Trading Platform Support or similar roles.
- Excellent understanding of front office systems.
- End to End Orders & Trade flow knowledge, from order entry, execution & till clearing.
- High level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conversant with ISVs; TT, CQG, PATS preferred
- Acquainted with Exchanges; SGX, JPX, CME, EUREX, ICE, LME, EURONEXT & other major venues.
- Knowledge of Derivative.
- Strong product knowledge in Futures & Options.
