Senior User Experience Designer

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned user experience designer to lead the development and management of our trading platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and innovative user interfaces that meet the needs of our customers.

Your primary objective will be to design and deliver high-quality user experiences that enhance usability, engagement, and overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams to roll out new features and improve the customer experience.

  • Create user-friendly web interfaces that translate product requirements and user flows.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications that clearly communicate design intent.
  • Champion the principles of web design, ensuring a seamless and optimized experience across a range of screen sizes and resolutions.
  • Design and define intuitive and innovative gesture-based interactions to enhance usability and create a fluid user experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of UX/UI experience in trading, financial products, or fintech platforms.
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional visual design skills, with a sharp eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple technologies, locations, and channels.
