Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Algorithmic Trading Specialist to join our team. As an Advanced Algorithmic Trader, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing advanced quantitative trading strategies tailored to cryptocurrency markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement high-frequency quantitative trading strategies across centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze real-time market data, order book dynamics, on-chain metrics, and alternative datasets to identify trading opportunities and market inefficiencies.
  • Algorithmic Trading: Deploy and monitor advanced algorithmic trading models, including market-making, arbitrage, and statistical trading strategies, optimized for crypto market conditions.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage trading portfolios, optimizing capital allocation, risk exposure, and liquidity across multiple cryptocurrencies and trading venues.
  • Model Collaboration: Work closely with quantitative researchers to refine, backtest, and implement trading models.
  • Risk Management: Apply risk controls to manage market, counterparty, and operational risks.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize trading strategies and execution to improve profitability, gas efficiency, and latency in crypto markets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on cryptocurrency trends, blockchain protocols, DeFi ecosystems, and regulatory developments.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze trading performance, P&L, and market metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Automation & Tools: Utilize and enhance trading bots, APIs, and automated systems to ensure reliable and efficient trade execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in quantitative trading, preferably in cryptocurrency or high-frequency trading environments.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis, scripting, or trading automation.
  • Crypto Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and market microstructure.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and make rapid, data-driven decisions.
  • Risk Management: Expertise in managing market volatility, liquidity risks, and counterparty risks specific to crypto trading.
