In this role you will develop trading strategies to address the opportunities in the cryptocurrency space, deal with the day-to-day operational running of those strategies, and work on future research and optimization of the strategies.

**Requirements**:
You should have:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical or quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Computational Finance, or similar)
- An entrepreneurial, innovative and driven approach, and a competitive nature
- 5+ years experience in capital markets trading, with 3+ years in digital assets trading
- Experience with both spot and derivatives is a plus
- Experience with data analytics and modelling, with strong attention to detail
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python is desirable
- A collaborative approach to strategy research, development and optimization
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
