Highly Skilled System Administration Professional Wanted

The successful candidate will join a leading trading firm to oversee the stability and maintenance of its application systems.
We are seeking an experienced system administrator to lead our technical operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux system administration, network operations, and performance optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency and quality.
- Manage core services and business operations, including high availability planning, fault resolution, disaster recovery, and peak-period support.
- Oversee the technical operations of big data platforms, focusing on architecture optimization, cost efficiency, and system resilience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing Kubernetes, Redis, MySQL, Nginx, Kafka, or similar technologies.
- Strong expertise in Linux system administration, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Shell, Perl, Python, Go).
- Experience with distributed computing, large-scale data storage, and cloud-based infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
- Strong adaptability, responsibility, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
