System Administration Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support for ongoing maintenance projects, perform system administration, implementation, and troubleshooting for various operating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for ongoing maintenance projects.
- Perform system administration, implementation, and troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
- Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
- Evaluate network and server systems performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- With 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in server management.
- Proficient in managing network equipment and services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Will participation in scheduled standby duties on a rotating basis.
