Job Summary:

This role involves maintaining our hardware and software systems to ensure smooth operation. We are seeking a technical professional with strong skills in system administration, network security, and customer support.

  • Monitor system performance to prevent potential issues.
  • Maintain internal applications such as door access, parking, and telephony systems.
  • Ensure CCTV and WIFI system networks are secure and functioning properly.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to end-users and customers.
  • Track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, floor plans, and technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Windows/Server administration, MS Office, and PHP. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • An IT Diploma with knowledge in design, PHP, CSS, HTML, and CMS would be beneficial.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is required.
