Highly Skilled Linux System Administrator Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Linux system administration and development, who can design, develop, and maintain Linux-based systems and automation scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Linux-based systems and automation scripts.
- Perform system configuration, patching, and hardening in compliance with security policies.
- Develop Bash, Python, or Perl scripts to automate system tasks and workflows.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to integrate solutions.
- Implement and maintain configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and security audits.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Linux system administration or development.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting; additional scripting languages (Python, Perl) are a plus.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and system hardening.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall configuration).
- Exposure to secure environments and/or government systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
