Job Title: Strategic Data Governance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and managing governance structures, delivery frameworks, and execution standards for all data analytics programs globally.

You will act as a trusted delivery partner to analytics leads, data scientists, and business stakeholders, ensuring programs are on track, risks are managed, and value is realized effectively.

This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the core of a data-driven transformation in one of the world's most competitive consumer industries, ensuring analytics projects are aligned with business priorities such as revenue growth, supply chain optimization, and customer intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage governance structures, delivery frameworks, and execution standards for all data analytics programs globally.
  • Act as a trusted delivery partner to analytics leads, data scientists, and business stakeholders, ensuring programs are on track, risks are managed, and value is realized effectively.
  • Ensure analytics projects are aligned with business priorities such as revenue growth, supply chain optimization, and customer intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified, ideally with a certification in PMP, SAFe, or Agile project management.
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading program management or PMO functions within data, analytics, or technology teams.
  • FMCg or retail experience is highly advantageous, along with exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, Snowflake) and data governance frameworks.
