Main Responsibilities
  • Develop Commercial Strategies: Create and implement global sales strategies, including digital expansion and B2B growth.
  • Prioritize Markets: Develop pricing strategies and optimize channel mix to drive business growth.
  • Enhance Brand Visibility: Leverage targeted marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility in key geographies.
  • Share Best Practices: Leverage expertise from leading FMCG environments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to Board Discussions: Contribute to board-level discussions on business growth, performance metrics, and scale readiness.
  • Foster Global Partnerships: Identify partnership opportunities and foster collaboration across the globe.
  • Cultivate Internal Teams: Provide hands-on coaching to internal teams on execution excellence and market responsiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Senior Leadership Experience: 25+ years of senior leadership experience in FMCG (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or Partnerships).
  • Board or Advisory Experience: Proven track record as a board member or advisor in high-growth or emerging market environments.
  • Global Exposure: Strong global exposure, particularly across the US, Europe, Asia, or the Middle East.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercially strategic, yet collaborative and hands-on in guiding execution.
  • Retail Insights: Deep networks and insights into retail ecosystems and consumer behavior.
  • Cross-Cultural Expertise: Experience navigating cultural, regulatory, and operational nuances of multiple geographies.
