Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase retention rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and product initiatives with customer needs and goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to CSMs to enhance their skills and performance in areas such as account planning, relationship building, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.


Requirements:




  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing retention rates in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems, with knowledge of sales, marketing, and product operations.
