Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive our IP Data Center business growth in the Asia Pacific market.

The successful candidate will lead business development initiatives, contribute to technical pre-sales/sales strategy, and work with cross-functional teams to implement plans and grow Data Center networks business.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy and expanding our presence in the Data Center market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business development initiatives for IP Data Center networks solution (including Data Center Fabric, Data Center Gateway, Data Center Automation) for Asia Pacific market
  • Contribute to technical pre-sales/sales strategy and go-to-market plan for IP Data Center networks business for Asia Pacific market
  • Work with APAC regional IP Business Development team, Product Line Management, Pre-sales, and Sales team to implement plan to grow Data Center networks business for Asia Pacific
  • Meet with customers and business partners frequently to promote IP Data Center networks solution
  • Interact with global IP Networks Division headquarter to represent APAC IP Data Center market requirements and coordinate necessary global support to develop Data Center networks business in APAC
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Business Development experience
  • Experienced in developing business from the Data Center networking segment in Enterprise, Cloud, and Telco customers
  • Understanding and knowledge of IP Data Center Fabric and Automation market and competitor landscape
  • Knowledge in IP Data Center networking technologies
