Job Opportunity: Temporary Event AssistantWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Temporary Event Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in event management, public speaking, and customer service.
Job Description:
This role involves engaging with the public, explaining the benefits of our programme, and promoting healthy living practices. You will be responsible for distributing marketing materials, maintaining a tidy event booth, and collecting feedback from attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential enrolees and explain the programme and its benefits.
- Answer basic questions about the enrolment process and programme details.
- Distribute marketing collaterals to interested individuals.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming event booth area.
- Report daily engagement metrics.
- Collect feedback from the public about the event.
- Assist in setting up the event booth.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
