Public Health Assistant

The Temporary Public Health Assistant plays a key role in promoting public health initiatives. The role is for a 3-month contract, requiring the individual to work Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm with a one-hour unpaid break.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential participants and explain the benefits of the CHAMP programme for chronic disease monitoring.
  • Provide basic information on the enrolment process and programme details.
  • Distribute promotional materials to interested individuals.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming event booth area.
  • Report daily engagement metrics (e.g., number of interactions).
  • Collect feedback from the public about the event.
  • Assist in setting up the event booth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum N/O/A Level or Diploma in any field.
  • Passion for public health initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
