Job Title: Temp Events Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a temporary events assistant. As a key member of our events team, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our public health initiatives.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist with the planning and execution of our events. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential attendees, explaining the benefits of our CHAMP programme, and distributing marketing materials.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy and welcoming event booth area, reporting daily engagement metrics, collecting feedback from the public, and assisting with setup and teardown of the event booth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of N/O/A Level or Diploma in any field
  • Enthusiasm for public health initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
