As an
Event Marketing Lead , you will play a crucial role in ideating, planning, and executing high-impact events that resonate with our audience and business objectives. You will be responsible for owning the entire event journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from start to finish. If you have a tech-savvy background and a passion for creating immersive brand experiences, we are excited to have you on board.
Your key responsibilities will include conceptualizing innovative event ideas aligned with our brand, designing the flow of the event journey, taking ownership of event planning and budgeting, and ensuring a consistent brand experience throughout. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to bring the event vision to life successfully.
You should have at least 2+ years of experience in Event Marketing, with exposure to both large and small-scale event formats. A background in coding/tech, a strategic mindset towards brand-led event experiences, and strong planning and organizational skills are necessary for this role. Excellent communication, leadership, and creative thinking abilities will also be crucial in managing events end-to-end.
Experience in EdTech, startups, or high-growth companies, as well as on-ground activations across various settings, will be advantageous. A data-first mindset, proficiency in multiple languages such as Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu, and willingness to travel to different locations for event execution are desirable qualities for this position.
This is a
full-time role
with benefits such as paid time off, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The role may require working day shifts, rotational shifts, and weekends. Relocation to
Anna Nagar East, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
before starting work is preferred. The expected start date is
21/07/2025 , and the work location will be in person.
