Job Title:
Event Engagement Specialist - Temporary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Engagement Specialist to join our team for a temporary period. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to engage with potential participants, explaining the programme's benefits and detailing the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential participants and provide information on the programme
  • Respond to basic questions about the enrolment process and programme details
  • Distribute marketing materials to interested individuals
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming event area
  • Report daily engagement metrics
  • Collect feedback from the public
  • Assist in setting up the event booth

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, experience in front office work, health promotion, healthcare industry, referrals, lifestyle, dentistry, quality improvement, interpersonal skills, treatment, invoicing, dental care, treatment planning, marketing, consulting, social media marketing, disease management, screening, and scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in event planning, customer service, and public speaking.
