Job Description:

(Population-based Chronic Disease Management Programme)

Our team is seeking a Temporary Event Coordinator to support our event initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential participants, explaining the programme and its benefits for chronic disease monitoring
  • Answer basic questions about the enrolment process and programme details
  • Distribute marketing materials to interested individuals
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming event booth area
  • Report daily engagement metrics (e.g., number of interactions)
  • Collect feedback from the public about the event
  • Assist in setting up event booths
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organisational and time management skills.
