Job Title: Community Health Promotion Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead and support health promotion, disease prevention, and strategic projects in Singapore.
- Develop and implement comprehensive health promotion strategies for patients and staff, including creating educational materials and delivering health talks and events.
- Analyze data to track service operations and outcomes, providing actionable insights to inform future initiatives.
- Curate and manage patient education materials, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and aligned with program goals.
- Support and coordinate health promotion initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to maximize impact.
- Plan and schedule updates and related projects, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in marketing activities, promoting the organization's health promotion efforts through various channels.
- Participate in task forces and committees, contributing expertise and knowledge to drive organizational growth.
- Supervise and mentor Health Promoting Care Coordinators, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in a related field of study.
- Experience in health promotion or healthcare is highly preferred.
