You will be a part of HPB’s Regional Health & Community Outreach division which strives to advance health promotion efforts in the community setting to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases.

**Scope**

As a key member of Regional Health and Community partnerships team, Healthier SG Secretariat, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless policy-ops coordination to support MOH and HPB’s priorities in Healthier SG. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
- Secretariat for regular meetings with Senior Management, including shaping the agenda for meetings, and monitoring and reporting progress of tasks by the various action parties.
- Record notes of meetings, and maintain records of key decisions and actions list made during the various meetings.
- Coordinate efforts across the various departments, and work with them to provide regular updates on issues and measures.
- Coordinate with external agencies and parties to table their updates/items at meetings.
- Secretariat for other key meeting forums, as well as any ad-hoc tasks as required by Senior Management, e.g. organise ministerial meetings/ visits; provide information conduit with other task force secretariats; prepare staff submissions for updates to different forums.
- Support ad hoc projects and matters
- Experience with meeting secretariat roles
- Competency in MS Office
- Organised, meticulous and good at meeting timelines
- Able to work with ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
- Able to work independently and in a team in understanding and resolving issues.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Able to manage issues that straddle across multiple objectives and interests.
- Good people skills to work across departments, agencies and with a range of stakeholders.
- Able to work during non-office hours, on weekends and public holidays
