**What you will be working on**
- You will be a part of HPB’s Workplace Health - Planning and Company Outreach department, which strives to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace setting to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases. Scope As a key member of Workplace Health Planning and Company Outreach team, you will: - Support your team lead in the co-develop, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of cost effective and sustainable health programmes for companies and workers for greater efficiency. - Forge and develop strategic and sustainable collaborative partnerships to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace setting. - Review and improve systems and processes, based on key labour and market trends, backed by evidence and data sets, to achieve HPB’s goals and drive efficiency. - Identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to enable stakeholders to make key decisions.
