Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments for online orders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the e-commerce team on order fulfilment, inventory updates, and returns. They will also perform accurate picking, packing, labelling, and dispatching of customer orders based on online sales channels.

  • Maintain real-time stock accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Use e-commerce fulfilment software and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to process orders and update stock levels.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners or couriers for timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and restocking of products based on SOPs.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Familiar with order management systems and local courier platforms.
  • Comfortable with basic Excel, microsoft docs, inventory software, and barcode scanners.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and able to perform manual handling tasks.
