Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our facility. This role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, leading a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee overall maintenance and repair works of plant equipment to maintain optimal performance.
  • Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants, addressing issues or grievances and facilitating their job assignments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate stock count for cylinder tracking in our in-house system.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience preferably in Plant Operations is required.
  • Proven experience in ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of plant equipment is essential.
