The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Growth:
    • Identify new commercial and corporate clients, leveraging our unique social enterprise model.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
    • Work to expand revenue streams by identifying and approaching new clients.
    • Collaborate on marketing efforts to raise brand awareness and highlight our social mission.
  • Inclusive Training and Program Management:
    • Lead the implementation and formalization of vocational training programs for new hires.
    • Oversee on-job-training, ensuring effective skill transfer and employee integration.
    • Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, including job placement officers and social service agencies, to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of or passion for social enterprises and inclusive employment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in program management, training, or related fields is a plus.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
