Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work with the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience in learning and development, talent development, diversity equity and inclusion or HR consulting. They will be responsible for managing the development, design, planning and execution of the firm's diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, events and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage the development, design, planning and execution of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, events and special projects
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, Employee Resource Groups and external vendors to deliver on DEI objectives
  • Review people analytics and data to inform the global/regional DEI strategy and effectiveness of DEI initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, diversity equity and inclusion or HR consulting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning within human resource, learning and development, diversity equity and inclusion area
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or program management
  • Persistent and agile self-starter who thrives on collaboration, partnership, innovation and demonstrates a creative mindset
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for diversity, equity and inclusion and is passionate about challenging the status quo and thinking outside the box
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategies, milestones and metrics
  • Strong written skills as required to help with script writing, internal and external communications on diversity equity and inclusion topics
