Job Description: Integrity Champion

The Integrity Champion plays a pivotal role in upholding organizational integrity by conducting inspections, audits and investigations to identify irregularities and promote a culture of preventive vigilance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting routine, random and surprise checks at all locations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Auditing attendance records, lesson delivery effectiveness and the integrity of assessments and examinations to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
  • Inspecting infrastructure safety compliance including personal protective equipment (PPE), safety signage and readiness for emergencies to prevent workplace accidents.
  • Investigating complaints or reports of misconduct policy violations or irregularities preparing detailed investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations for management actions.
  • Verifying the accuracy and authenticity of critical documentation such as certifications class materials and financial records related to operations.
  • Promoting a culture of preventive vigilance and ethical behavior through regular engagement sessions training and communication with staff.
  • Collaborating closely with departments to identify monitor and rectify operational or compliance irregularities.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly compliance and vigilance reports for management review.
  • Assisting in internal audits supporting external inspections including audits by regulatory bodies.
