**Job Summary**

As a key member of the Talent Management & Leadership Development team at MyCareersFuture, you will play a vital role in building a sustainable and healthy pipeline of competent, committed, and prepared leaders. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the administration of talent management and succession planning processes, ensuring the development and maintenance of the talent database.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to department-level projects aimed at building leadership and organisational capability, including planning, designing, and facilitating engagement programmes.
  • Track high-performing staff and provide support in Talent Review Board sessions and Talent Engagement sessions with senior management.
  • Provide secretariat and operational support to the SingHealth Leadership Coaching & Mentoring Council (LCMC) in the implementation and review of the LCMCs mentoring programme.
  • Support the team in engaging with HR departments and Heads across SingHealth institutions in talent development programmes for identified successors to Key Leadership Positions.
  • Provide secretariat support for the Joint Search Committee meetings, including logistic arrangements, preparation of meeting materials, and post-search approval documentations.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a good command of English.
  • Ability to independently write papers within tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage at all levels.
  • Resourceful, results-focused, and meticulous.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong administrative skills.
